Hanna is originally from Melbourne but grew up in the UK & USA (if you ever wondered about her accent)! She then completed her Veterinary science degree at Massey University in New Zealand Veterinary As well as earning a Diploma of Science & Technology. In addition to this, she obtained her Silver Certification in Low Stress Handling and is one of twelve vets across Melbourne with this. After moving back to Australia in 2018, she practiced in Bayside before joining the team at Ultimate Veterinary Clinic.
She loves spending time in surgery, especially with Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Surgery - helping her squishy-faced patients breathe easier every day! But her favourite part of the job is helping pet parents look after their pets, even if it's as simple as getting the right parasite control to suit their lifestyle!
At home, Hanna lives with her rescue Doberman, Odin who shares half of Hanna's veterinary degree! If she isn't at the park or dog beach with Odin, she can often be found playing board games or team-based video games, sewing, stall holding at local markets or working on new creative projects! She is also a beach lover and self-proclaimed taco and coffee snob.
Amy has been nursing for over five years starting at Ultimate Vet over one year ago. She has four fur babies at home 3 Aussie Bulldogs named Manuka, Maple, Hulk and a pug named Chopper. Amy has a great passion for canine reproduction which she has helped breed bulldogs and Dogue De Bordeauxes nearly all her life. She is also involved in Mini Bulldog Rescue Group who rescue bulldogs and help rehome them for over one year, hence her love for the breed so much.
In her spare time Amy loves to catch up with friends and take her dogs out on adventures to the country.
Penny joined our team in March 2020 after transferring from one of our sister clinics.
She is a qualified nurse and has been nursing for over 16 years, she couldn't imagine having any other career.
Penny loves that every day is so different and that she can have such an impact on ensuring our families pets are as happy and healthy as possible.
Penny has a young family at home with 2 boisterous boys that keep her very busy. Biff the boxer fits right into the craziness.
